My Story
Michael Landry is an evangelist, entrepreneur, and visionary leader whose life is marked by redemption, power, and divine purpose. Saved at the age of 12 and called to preach at 15, Michael spent years running from that calling—pursuing business success while battling inner brokenness. From age 15 to 20, he drowned the tension with heavy drinking and personal compromise, trying to suppress the fire that God had placed within him. But everything changed one night in a college dorm room.
Lying in bed, exhausted and desperate, Michael cried out to God—not with polished prayers, but with raw honesty. “God, if You’re real—if You still want me—wash me clean. Just show me You love me. I just need a hug… something to let me know it’s going to be okay.”
Suddenly, the atmosphere shifted.
A mighty wind—like a tornado—rushed into the room. Without warning, Michael was lifted from his bed and pressed against the wall by a force unlike anything he’d ever known. It wasn’t terrifying—it was holy. The wind held him suspended as the presence of God filled the room with undeniable power. Time stood still. Then, gently, the wind subsided, and Michael floated back to his bed like a feather. What followed was complete peace—an otherworldly silence that stilled everything within him.
From the corner of the room, a choir began to sing. A staircase unfolded, and Jesus descended—not seen with physical eyes, but known deep in Michael’s spirit. Christ walked to his bedside, embraced him, and held him. Every fear, every failure, every lie broke in that embrace. Then Jesus turned, ascended, and disappeared. The room was still. The scripture rang in his heart: “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13). That night, Jesus didn’t just save Michael—He reclaimed him.
From that point on, Michael committed his life fully to Christ, leaving alcohol and compromise behind. He went on to serve in youth and young adult ministries in both Oklahoma and Austin, Texas—reviving dormant ministries, organizing city-wide worship gatherings, and creating opportunities for people to encounter Jesus.
In recent years, Michael answered the call to the nations. He completed training at Christ for All Nations School of Evangelism and is now actively partnering with international evangelists and ministries to organize mass gospel campaigns in unreached regions. His vision is to see stadiums filled, fields packed with hungry hearts, and entire regions transformed by the preaching of the gospel. He is passionate about equipping churches to evangelize their own cities with boldness, compassion, and power. He’s preached in local churches, Pastors conferences, local jails, crusades in other countries, and done tons of one on one evangelising seeing hundreds come to salvation.
Outside of ministry, Michael brings a background of adventure and excellence. He spent over a decade in high-risk aerial helicopter powerline construction, working from helicopters and handling some of the highest voltage lines in the United States. As an entrepreneur, he has built businesses, authored a book, and lived boldly—skydiving, mountain trekking, and embracing the challenges of life with faith-driven resolve.
But more than anything, Michael lives for one purpose: to see the lost come to Christ, the Church awakened, and the name of Jesus exalted in every nation of the earth.
